We want you to be totally obsessed with your Morphe products, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on most new or gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
